Policy Terms & Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:<\/strong><\/span>
1.<\/strong>\u00a0Article(s) must be in their original and unused condition.
2.<\/strong>\u00a0Replacement for articles are subject to inspection and checking by the\u00a0Veraj Gems<\/strong>\u00a0Team within the 15 days of Purchase date.
3.<\/strong>\u00a0Damages due to negligence, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy

For Loose Rudraksha, You can return the Rudraksha with\u00a0100% MONEY BACK<\/strong>\u00a0within the 15 Days period of Purchase date by meeting the conditions above.<\/p>\n

Return Policy on Rudraksha Jewellery and Loose Rudraksha:
<\/strong><\/span>Customized Jewellery (Pendant\/Bracelet etc.):
Return Policy on Rudraksha Jewellery and Loose Rudraksha customized into any Jewellery (Pendant\/Bracelet etc.)
Any customized jewellery made for you (pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for Money.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Shipping Charges are not refundable and will be borne by you.
\u2013 Return Shipment is at customer\u2019s cost

Money Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address).
